Another major area of our work lies in driving assistance systems. We cooperate with the research departments of automobile companies and support vehicle engineers with software implementation for innovative assistance systems and sensor functionality.
Creating suitable development environments and implementing consistent data interfaces are key issues of many of our projects. It is our goal to develop an assistance system that can be utilized in vehicle prototypes, in test environments, in the office, as well as in driving simulators. The operational area ranges from computing clusters in driving simulation environments to individual desktop systems in the office and embedded systems in vehicles. The various systems ( Linux, Windows) must be able to function compatibly with the different programming interfaces ( C++, Java, Matlab/ Simulink).
ADTF is fast becoming a popular development environment for assistance systems. ADTF was originally programmed by Audi, and is now widely spread in the automobile industry. Our clients benefit from our wide experience with the basic development and application of ADTF.
